I just realised that I'm a recluse
Is there anyone else here who is a recluse? How did you become one? Do you think this way of life is bad or odd?

I am not by nature. However, I have spent a lot of time at home recently. I didn't want to leave my house or talk to people for a really long time. I was very depressed and I didn't feel comfortable in my environment. I didn't know what to do about it or how to change it ( I didn't think I could) so I stayed home and got more depressed. I don't know if that is something you can relate to or you just like to stay home (it's okay if you do). 🙂
