I see them as two different things me sat watching a match having a one direction analysis of what us going on is "talking to myself"

Me being self analytical particularly in a negative way that identifies repeating patterns or other things I can end up beating myself about. That's what I view as "self talk" things like ... you always fail to grasp the nettle or I'll never be successful at something like that etc

I have a conversation going on in my head all the time..

Sometimes, either when I'm mentally distracted, or when I'm trying to drum something into my memory; occasionally when I'm feeling scared or unconfident, and trying to reinforce my ego for the task ahead.

All the time... supposedly it's a sign of intelligence or at least that's what I tell myself.

I talk to myself all the time. I sometimes freeze wondering, can people hear me? That would be embarrassing.

Like 90% of the time. It's like I always know the right thing to say to myself at any given moment.
