is there a small website?

Where there's not so much people. Not too promising and not too popular. Less rated means less self center idiots and brainwashers to go there? Any suggestions?

It also means you'll get bored because you always see the same people :)
And probably your data is not as secure as it could be by a properly implemented website. Meaning, your privacy may be at risk.
Also, when websites don't really have success, they will eventually close or not provide support anymore, because the admins/developers are not active.

@Nuno: There is no submit button. It's too far down at the bottom of the screen to be visible and the screen is frozen. I'm on an ancient iPod, but this is the only site that has that problem. I've mentioned it to Jessa, who is the only mod I ever see here, several times, but no response and no change.

Thank you. If you turn your device in the vertical, does it still not appear?
I've just tested against a very small screen where the button doesn't appear by default, but I am able to scroll down in order to see the button. I'm surprised this does not work for you.

@Nuno: I always have it vertical. If I try to scroll down, the site moves behind the report screen. The report screen is frozen in place. I can type on the screen, but I can't move it down to the Submit thingy. This problem may be caused by my 3rd generation iPod, but every other site I look at is fine.
