It's like having a higher ranking; as your living space is now more valuable.

This is why big cities need to slap monthly vacancy tax penalties on apartment landlords of triple their historical high asking rate per vacancy per month in addition to ordinary property tax obligations.

That would force corporate landlords to figure out real market value instead of rigged market value because those are two completely different things.

I feel this on a spiritual level
