Why do people keep saying that I should go out more?

What's so good outside? I hate going to places and I hate driving. I like being in my room surrounded by my stuff

I prefer staying inside too, but sometimes it's good to embrace yourself in fresh outdoor air. Maybe others feel you aren't being productive enough and they want you to do more with your life.
