I usually get the salted caramel macchiato

But since I have to cut back on caffeine I was happy they made it in hot chocolate

@Tristemuneca: I will pay the extra money at Starbucks because they put on so many extras like whipped cream, nuts etc...
I does make me feel quite self indulgent!
