Abusive members

When someone is short-tempered, abusive and foul mouthed during a discussion, what does it reflect about him or her?

They need a good laxative, or cup of coffee, or hell perhaps even a hug or shoulder to cry on. Either way the foul mood is on them and people shouldn't let it bother them.

@xbandoleerx: It can be yes. The point is you just don't know what is going on in their life, and nobody can deal with every issue perfectly. We're human, we vent. It happens. Don't take it personally.

Usually it's because he/she is upset and is venting to either release or gain attention.

We need to know more as to the reason for this abusive bahavior. Some might have reached the end of that proverbial rope and she ain't gonna take it anymore.

Or reverse the roles, husband catches wifey in bed with his best friend, things might get explosive really quick. Right?
