Should Canada allow carry and conceal weapons for the general public?

...No. Where there are more firearms, there is more death. What crime do you have in Canada, anyway? The U.S. should be a perfect example of why that is a bad idea. Our gun violence is top of the line for any modern country. 10,000-15,000 dead per year, around 100,000 nonfatal shootings per year.

We also have the highest rate of civilian gun ownership. Correlation doesnt necessarily suggest causation, but, vastly, where there are more guns, there is more death.
