Did it confuse you as a kid when your parent said to you " Smoking is bad for you " as they took a drag from their cigarette?

No. My parents don't smoke--and very rarely do they drink due to the alcoholism that runs in both of our families. The death of my uncles serve as lessons...

Not really, my father had long since stopped smoking by the time I was old enough to even be curious about it. And my mother didn't smoke at all.
