What are the reasons behind gluttony ?

LittleRee · 26-30, F
Greed, food addiction, doesn't know what they are doing is wrong, were raised to think that gluttony was fine behaviour (or that amount was fine), as a way to deal with emotional issues, an eating disorder (which could be linked to emotional issues), a lack of interest or care in their own appearance/health or maybe they are just unaware about how bad their gluttony is. There are lots of reasons really.

we have an innate drive to hoard and over indulge.
being human means we learn to control it.

put a dog in front of an endless supply of it's favorite food.
it will eat and eat until it gets sick. Does that mean it's a glutton?
it can't control it's innate drive.

a glutton is a person who is weak willed.

I belive. the reason for gluttony miss, is peanut butter M and M's. I confess I fall into this cardinal sin everytime I see its tempting red pack..

Peanut butter M and M's? I haven't tried those yet .However, I do enjoy both peanut butter and M and M's so I must give that flavor a try .Nothing wrong with treating yourself now and again .
