is common sense a real thing?

Or is it just a term that is used to keep us all behaving in the same way? There is no denying the five senses, but what is this other sense that we all have in common?

I think common sense really means logic. But then if we all have a different way to perceive and understand things, how does this logic even apply? And is there anything to say there can only be one logic correct?
So you may be on to something. It is assumed people have common sense when they behave a particular way.

@ZefNinjaa: Precisely. I've never thought this in this context but now I know why it is said common sense is not common.

@ZefNinjaa: Yeah I've seen those people who answer that way. It's patronising to say the least.

Hahahaha, yes, it is a real thing, but it is not surprising to me at all that the concept of a "common sense" is bewildering to you! 😂😂😂

@ZefNinjaa: Well, common sense tells me that based on the first posts of yours that I saw, no self-respecting woman would want anything to do with you. And then, I found your story seeking advice on how to get a girlfriend! 😂😂😂

Yup, common sense.

@ZefNinjaa: Common sense is not a "sense" in the truest definition of the word. Rather is refers to the ability of an individual to process information input from all the senses and to make logical decisions based on that input.

Since common sense is actually a brain function involving logic and reasoning, I am not surprised that it is beyond your comprehension. I'll try to go slower from now on.
Recognition of reality and how it must be dealt with.
