Pretty sure reading makes me tired. How bout you guys?
Don't get me wrong, I love to read and everything, but I'm starting to notice either reading makes me tired, or reading things that don't interest me make me tired. It's one of the two.
Using your eyes and brain take more energy than most people realize, so make sure you're giving your body the nutrition it needs to stay focused when you're reading a lot :)
