What can make my hair grow faster that not damaging

I hear taking the vitamin, Biotin, helps with hair growth. It's over the counter (OTC) I think it helps with something else too. Other than that maybe applying natural oils and taking a break from shampoo? I'm not sure. Hope you find what you're looking for 💕
