Actually for hangovers your best bet is Advil/Motrin. Tylenol uses the same liver enzymes as alcohol so you can hurt your liver. Advil uses different enzymes so you can take it with alcohol. The best anti-hangover cure is when drunk you chug a lot of water and take two advil before bed. If you wind up with a hangover anyways, gatorade, advil, and prayer.
