Does making eye contact make you feel shy/uncomfortable?

I don't know what exactly is revealed... but you must be looking for something. I think that's what makes me feel uncomfortable with eye contact. I feel like I'm being judged.

@DesiredNightmare: sometimes people can look me over in a more judgmental way. BUT direct eye contact can reveal sincerity or the complete opposite.
