do you ever drink alot oblivious to the fact you will be in extraordinary pain the next day

I don't see how anyone could be oblivious to that, hangovers are well known, and anyone who has had them before will know what to expect when they drink a lot. The only thing you wont know is just how much pain you'll be in but sometimes, you'll wake up with no hungover when you were sure you'd have one. And sometimes you'll wake up with a hangover you don't deserve...
