Which is more frustrating, being inadequate or being cheated?

Well, feeling inadequate stems from low self esteem. Whereas, being cheated on is based on someone else's character. No doubt when you find out you've been betrayed, you initially may feel inadequate, blaming yourself even for it.

I think they go together. If you're being cheated on, that's probably your partner's way of telling you that you're inadequate.

I'd rather be cheated on than feel inadequate. It [i]is[/i] a problem to feel inadequate.
