Who has let you down the most?

I could name plenty that I feel let me down at some point. But I'm honest to admit I probably let myself down the most. That realization hurts more than any pain others have inflicted. I have caused hurt feelings in others, too, at times and it's not something I'm proud of.

My best friend, who stole the woman I thought I would marry. They made each other miserable for 15 years and deserved it. But I've had trouble trusting people ever since.

well my parents. i dont willingly keep myself attached to people who let me down alot.

I am used to that so I usually expect it to happen
