What the hell is "seramph" and why does Marcange post about it all day?

He's posted about inhalers that dispense "seramph", Hilary Clinton's opinion on "seramph", girls' butts "seramph wiggling", the epidemic of "teen seramph"...and when I Google that word, the only results I get are links to his SW posts!
