Do any of you talk to yourself?

I've been talking to myself a lot lately...mainly to my own reflection.

I do, I find in a stressful situation when there's lots to do, I might do OT to remind myself I've done task one and need to do task two etc etc.
I've had a colleague say to me in a questioning way, you talk to yourself. So I replied yes I do.
Funnily enough it "weirded" her out but I caught her doing it a few times.

All the time. Now I am walking or cycling along and verbally having a conversation / argument with myself. People think I am nuts or I am on a cell phone. Which has me feeling safe in being very open with the arguments .

@QueenOfQuirk: Haha that's great. When I'm home alone (which is for a few hours every day) I go in front of the mirror and just have a few minutes of nothing but talking to myself. It sorta relieves my stress in a way? I don't get out TOO much and I hate staying silent so.

Wow that's interesting I do that sometimes too xD I mean when I'm home alone I just end up singing at the top of my voice 😂 But like I practice speaking in different accents with my brother and he plays a video with the actual accent and grades it out of 10..why am I so weird lol
