Do ladies still expect a guy to make the first move?

DO ladies still expect a man to make the first move or if she finds a man interesting they do approach him first??

I'd say women are more forward nowadays at letting a guy know if they are interested. But if she had to make the first move, that will always be a mark against him.

As for me, I don't [i]expect[/i] it but I prefer it because I'm usually the more reserved one and tend to second guess myself when it comes to reading signs. BUT if I like him that much, I'll try to step out of my comfort zone to make some moves.

When I'm intoxicated, I do. I guess it depends on the first move. Smiles are easy. Conversation is a bit harder if you are attracted to the person.

Also, Guys tend to go after what they want. If I had to come to him, I feel like he didn't really want me.
