There is nothing satanic about Halloween; it predates your concept of the devil. Witches are not satanic. Vampires are not satanic. Death is a real thing; it's okay to acknowledge it once a year. Relax.

OK to acknowledge evil once a year? Celebrate death? Oh come on!

@jennypenny: Why do you equate evil with death? Your dilemma starts there.

I didn't. You just did! @Oconnor:

i hope all the religious people were offended.
Why the shock ? Christians worship a guy who came back from the dead.

The current meaning of Halloween is kids dressing in costumes and getting candy .. .. .. it is not an anti-christian religous gathering to undermine the teaching of the church .. .. I understand why some churches ghoose not to support it .. .. but no we have not gone to far .....
Pop0159 · 61-69, M
That may be seen differently by some churches.. .. ..

@Pop0159: It may be, but that doesn't change facts.

@Oconnor: when something becomes a perception, and others follow that perception, at what point does that perception become fact because of the followers of the perception not the truth .. ..

Dress up is just that, dress up. It'd be more concerning if they were out at a party or had less community interaction.
well it is actually wrong but if the church set ut up and allows it who are we to judge
