I don't understand why people get upset when others express their discontent about Trump?

[c=#4C0073]The law states that people are allowed to say what they want. [/c]

the law does state that. but there is no law that states that other people must not react or be upset by someone else's free speech. all the free speech law means is that the government will not arrest anyone for what they say. all other consequences are on the table!

[c=#4C0073]My point is that a lot of these people screaming that Trump should be respected are the same people who disrespected President Obama. They are being hypocritical and picking and choosing what laws they want to adhere to.[/c]

@VioletRayne: I don't really think that's how it is. is seems a whole lot more as if trump haters, who once preached tolerance and acceptance, have become unbelievably intolerant and judgemental. Obama haters point out things Obama has actually done as president that they don't like. trump haters are complaining about things they THINK he will do. having said all that, I completely respect your opinion and right to feel the way you do! :)

@FunReader55: [c=#4C0073]Thats because you're on the other side. For the record Obama haters never even gave him a chance. They were planning to obstruct him from day one. As far as what people thinks he will do. All we have to go on is what he says and his statements have been extremely detrimental to any hopes of coming together.[/c]

@VioletRayne: I don't think your only option is to go on rhetoric. you could wait for him to actually do something wrong. and for the record, I voted for Obama both times. I hoped for a lot more. while I may not "hate" Obama I am a little disappointed in some things. I am a trump supporter now. not because i'm a racist, bigot, uneducated white guy, but because Clinton represented a horrible status quo and nowhere near the change Obama started and I hope trump will continue.

[c=#4C0073]Thats where we'll have to agree to disagree because Trump doesn't represent anyone, but Trump. His track record is pretty clear on that.[/c]@FunReader55:

@VioletRayne: Hillary was so corrupt and in the pocket of many she would have had to accommodate all the favours back to them, so she was not there for the people. Trump owes no one, but the people of the USA, big difference. He does not have to prove his worth, like she would have had too. He is not owned. When he does stuff up, yes, then hang shit on him. Will you actually give him credit when he turns prosperity back for portions of the poor community? Just wondering if you would.

@SoFine: [c=#4C0073]You keep believing that. You have no idea who or what he owes because he was not being looked into until recently. He's a business man who had many failures. He owes people, we just don't know who they are.[/c]
