Why are the Republicans so jealous of President Obama and the Democratic Party ?

You would think that by now nothing we say about the president elect Trump would cause them to throw temper tantrums like 5 year old children. Every night you see the pro Trump folks on cable news networks like CNN and MSNBC and even on Fox News whining about how we keep talking about Trumps low approval ratings and his performances so far. They were all bragging about the win a few months ago, and now this.
I mean do you not remember when the head of the RNC said that he wanted to see President Obama fail. How about the politician from South Carolina who yelled "
You Lie" while the President of the US was giving a State Of The Union address on live television. Obama has been disrespected by these stone aged politicians for 8 years in the GOP. His latest approval is at 60% and Trump is at 40%. So why should the Democrats and the anti Trump Republicans, such as John McCain and Lindsay Graham remain silent. You tell me. ☺

I'm not thrilled with the Senators and Representatives who've announced their boycott of Trump's inauguration. It's like they're announcing that divisiveness is the new normal, and to hell with cooperation. Both Trump, and his opposition, need to find a way to get along - for the sake of our country.

@AcidBurn: that would be smart but the Dems don't roll smart.
Zonuss · 41-45, M
@AcidBurn: It didnt when Obama was in. Were gonna give Trump absolute hell. And so is the New World Order.🙂

Does crack me up how Trump is perceived as some sort of 'ideal' to many.
And you're right ! Don't think i've ever heard so many 'Hail Trump' posts for a man who hasn't DONE anything yet !

I just think America goes through periods where it seems to ignore logic and go with lunacy.
Just as they did rejecting Kerry in favour of Bush.
Zonuss · 41-45, M
@Picklebobble2: Wow. People were so duped by that guy. I knew Bush was a disaster when he first got into office, or before actually. 😒
Picklebobble2 · 56-60, M
In all honesty, they should have impeached Mr. Clinton after the Lewinsky debacle too.
At least then, the folks at home and abroad could have a little faith in American politics.
As it is, some of Reagan's behaviour and Clinton's and Bush jnr......
Doesn't inspire confidence that America can clean it's own house.
Know what i mean ?

This is all politics. It has happened throughout our history. Everyone wants the loudest voice. All sides participate at one time or another.
Zonuss · 41-45, M
I agree. ☺

@Zonuss: Hopefully we can all work together at some time in the future and change thing for the better for everyone.

@SweetMae: Yes Miss Mae. Thank you for your kindness as always. ☺

How do you justify Marc Lamont Hill's "mediocre Negroes" comment on CNN?
jackjjackson · 61-69, M
@Zonuss: if you say so I'm still waiting. how about including the Podesta, Wasserman Schultz, Brazille, CNN antics for starters. That egregious behavior can't be splained away.
Zonuss · 41-45, M
@Jackjjacksonjr: Oh yes, what they did was stupid, too.

@Zonuss: 😀

Since the Democrats do not hold much power, the opposing GOPs are the only existing thread of democracy we have in this country. Every time a person berates Republicanism think of these brave men. They are the real leaders.
Zonuss · 41-45, M
Power. Obama left the White House with 60 percent approval rating at 60. Dont worry. It aint over yet.
peachykeen · F
@Zonuss: I agree with you 100%. Since The Donald is trying to oust the press corp out of The White House his accountability lies in the hands of congress and senate (which Republicans hold the majority).

Anyone who thinks we are going to forget 8 years of denying Obama the legitimacy of presidency is foolish. Americans have a shot memory but we are not naive to the deception of bigotry.

Call us out on what. If we are wrong, we are wrong. But when you are wrong, don't say oh I know you are, so what am I. ☺
