What have i learnt about the presidential race?

The presidential race has made one thing absolutely clear. And that is that a majority of Americans are incapable of logically thinking and weighing in on the pros and cons. That really is the only explanation of how Trump is still in the race. Sure, Hillary is no saint and is guilty of doing a number of questionable things. But if you look at the ACTUAL FACTS, comparing the two is like saying getting the flu is as bad as getting a brain tumour.

it's not about picking the best candidate..
democrats still don't get it..
it's about the same old bullshit politics, that's Hillary, the same tired shit..
most trump supporters i talk to KNOW he's an idiot but he's NOT a politician.. they're just so sick of the bullshit that they're willing to take a huge chance on that moron because they feel like something needs to change.

and I am NOT a trump supporter, I think he's dangerously unqualified.. I won't be voting for either candidate.. my votes are going down ticket...
I'm sick of being offered the lesser of two evils...

@onestarrynight: when the messenger arrives and says 'don't shoot the messenger', it's a good idea to be prepared to shoot the messenger, just in case. Lmao

Sometimes i wonder if this is a reality show in disguise

There are no pros to either side, it's just cons. The real question is do you want someone who is going to actively try and put us at war with Russia and Syria (hillary) or someone who is probably going to piss China off and put us at war with them. Decisions, decisions. Granted, this would all be solved if people realized that there were more than 2 presidential candidates, but that would require research and education, and as I'm sure you know first hand based on who you lean rather heavily toward out of Hillary and Trump, education are hard. And I only say you lean heavily because of the comparison between the flu and a brain tumor.

I could have written the same...changing the place of Trump and Hillary.
Lots of different people, lots of different opinions

Learnt or learned are both acceptable. Learned is used in American English and British English. But 'learnt' is more commonly used in British English.

The flu and a brain tumour? If that evil witch manages to get elected I'll wish I had a brain tumour.

Make "Americans" into "people"
