The whymsical wind blows through my mind and I remember.
I remember that September
when you looked my way
I feel it blow right through my soul and light me on fire
It takes me higher
Because you looked my way
I sense the loss within, of that defined connection
of a sparked affection
as we both have looked away
I hope and wish that life has healed you
in the way I feel you
whilst my mind betrays
I wish that all the scenes had come forth
from what went thenceforth
But I stayed away
