I Love Italian Food

I do. I tend to eat a lots of green leafy vegetables and tomatoes and nice dressings.....

My boss was brought up with her Italian family and half Italian dad who spent, it seems, quite a lot of time showing her the various cuisines....

....and so, over the years, I have had quite a few Italian pasta and starter menus from her.....and tried myself....

Very enjoyable....
