This new Cole album came at the perfect time in my life. The power of music.

I loved every track but I favored Immortal and Change. Change completely floored me. Because it was so inspiring. No bullshit, nothing you'd see on a bumper sticker. Real honest human perspective. And I have been craving change so much. And chasing peace. You know? Trying all these things to get there. But hearing "The only real change comes from inside" resonated so much with me like a ripple in the water. I don't care for the slight religious themes. But I get it. But when Cole said "I believe if God is real he wouldn't judge a man" knocked me out. I was in love with Jermaine's Interlude and wanted so badly more of that vibe. And that's exactly what I got. This album is my comfort.
