I Think I Am Ugly

So how do you know?
And even if you are, so what? There are better qualities that determine someone's value and self worth.
Are you of good heart?
Caring?
Generous?
Humorous?
And so on?..

As an Asian your mother put pressure on you to stay very thin. She is so in your head that if you are not at a certain weight you consider yourself fat.

I am not Asian. However, I have a background due to my wife being Korean. Her mother and her sisters went rounds with her when she was seriously overweight. My wife lost weight not due to the pressure so they stopped with the arguing.

We went to dinner with one of her sisters last night. Italian resturant. My wife ordered a regular meal. Her sister ordered her dinner as a main course but no pasta (not even a veggie substitute)!

Girls are a terrible judge of themselves.
Do your friends say you are fat?
Does the doctor say you are fat?
Otherwise, look at your BMI?

Whatever you do, don't diet or avoid food just because you think you look fat.

Id talk to a mental health professional. You may need some type of intervention is needed.

You are so not fat and ugly. I'm sure of it.
