How about an option to see who I friend-ed that did not friend me back?

What are Followers, Circle and Friends?
When you go to a profile and click on Friends, you'll see three categories. Circle shows who the owner of the profile added to his circle, Followers shows who added added the owner to their circle and Friends shows the overlap of both lists, thus mutual connections.

@JennyLynn: No that I can't answer, only those people can. But there could be many reasons. Not everyone will friend everyone back on SW.
For me, I only friend people that will regularly talk with me, or that I've interacted with a lot on public posts. I don't friend back people just because they friend me. There has to be some reason for me to friend them back.

@JennyLynn: Yes, they will be on both lists if you friended them first. That is something that SW could perhaps work on though, to have people move off the circle or follower list once both have friended each other. But for now, they show up on both lists.
