Depends how old she is and her favourite things are to play with. Kids are kids, they are meant to play. Buy her toys that will stimulate her mind. I remember toys I got as a kid from birthdays. My first bday gift when I was 6yrs old was a gi joe, Snake Eyes action figure. I am 41 now.

Geeze her favorite shows are all over the place. She enjoys everything from spongebob, alvin and chipmunks to pretty much every Disney cartoon. She has a lot of toys, because i have to admit i like to spoil her so I'm just kind of stuck as to what and give her next

You could either sit her down with a toys r us catalogue and go through it with her.

Or look at the things she's into and go along a similar vein.

If you have the time take her on a trip to somewhere nice and kid friendly.

If not take her to a nearby park or lake so she can enjoy the weather.

As for material presents give her something that stimulates her creativity.
