I Hate Restrictions

especially stuff my dad or other adults that have my "best interests" in mind. it's my body i'll do what i want with it and let me suffer the consequences that come.

You aren't able to appreciate the consequences of your actions yet. I know you think that you are so grown up, but your brain isn't actually capable of making rational, well-informed decisions. You did notice that you aren't allowed to legally make any decisions, right? The choices you make now will affect you for the rest of your life. Remember, once you get to make all your own decisions, you also get to pay bills and hold a job. =)
[c=#BF0080]So glad my kids have grown out of this stage.. they can now appreciate why there were/are rules and restrictions.[/c]

@MrsPeterEvans: no no no. it was just spanking and it was for sneaking out at night. the mom wanted a divorce anyway as best as i can tell.
MrsPeterEvans · 31-35, F
@sadie210: so she used it to get back at him 😕 Sneaking out would get me spanked with the cane. What did she get. How old was she? Doesn't sound fair on the dad he was just trying to discipline her
sadie210 · F
nah it totally wasn't fair. my friend was like 11 or 12 at the time.
teechme · 18-21, F
what dont they let you do?
sadie210 · F
my dad isn't letting me go out on dates with this boy because he got a "b" on his report card! it's crazy! just because i have all a's doesnt mean i should only date the smartest people. it crazy because his b was in like an advanced class to so....
teechme · 18-21, F
@sadie210: because he got a b? how does your dad even know what grade the boy gets?
sadie210 · F
@teechme: it came up in conversation. i was trying to convince my dad origanally that he was a good guy (which he is) and he asked what was on his report card.
