What dos Transgenders mean to you?

To me it means someone who truly completely identifies their inner self as the opposite sex they were born as. That is they are for example male but feel they are a female trapped in a mans body. That said I have noticed that there are men for example who want to wear the trappings of the opposite sex and play the part in fantasy, they are heterosexual and do it out of fetish only and sometimes want to be treated as transgender. I don't have anything against either of the people I described but don't consider both as transgender.
