Do you have a hobby? if so, what is it?

Mine are varied, I love going on Opal digs and digging for fossils, also, oriental calligraphy, visiting thrift stores and pawn shops. Not very lucrative but lot's of fun.

@Mrs.Gearhead, they are what we used to call "rock hounds" I too enjoy gem shows, a good place to find precious and semi-precious stones....dad used to call me a "Pebble puppy" LOL.
Thank you. If you will use the name of the artist, And since I don't sell anything out of my collection, I don't mind. Thank you for your interest.

Nocturnal!! Her name is Farzaneh Vaziri Tabar
I think today, if I can find her.
@Primproper, Nice to see you hon. You might want to check out "Ikebana" oriental florals, I do these mainly with orchids. The great thing about Ikebana is the profound simplicity, the position of each stem and flower has a distinct meaning. Youtube has many examples. Stay well and happy. ❤

Hm. It's a form of social media. Mostly for sharing pictures and video of interest. You have sections in your profile called boards. You pin things of interest to those boards. Pinterest

Here's a link.

I don't know what Pinterest is, but since this piece belongs to me, I am the one who should decide about it.
Could you please let me know what Pinterest is? Thank you.
@ nocturnal

It's an aluminum sculpture made by a young female artist with a bright future.

It's an animal angle with some small piano player on the middle.

I see. Thank you Soossie.
Would you mind if I posted it on Pinterest? And would she mind credit being given to her?
My dad's family used to hunt and polish and sell fossils at gem and mineral shows (rock shows) for a living..
She is Iranian. I have to ask her first, if you don't mind and I get back to you.

As they say less is more..
That's very cool, Dave. Has this always been an interest or is it fairly new ?
About a year and a half ago, I started knitting. I've really gotten into it and even sold a few pieces. It's been very therapeutic, too.
