I played with my nieces all day! It was so fun being a kid again :)

I have a nephew who used to stay with me every summer for 2 weeks when he was growing up. He was very attached to me and i'd have a great time playing with him, taking him swimming in the lake, etc. When he'd leave he'd always start crying, saying he didn't want to go. It used to choke me up. One summer he took a seashell and painted ' world's greatest uncle on it'. He's long grown up now and married with a family but I still have that seashell and it reminds me of those days.

Few weeks ago i watched my nephew. He's 3. I had so much fun playing on the floor with him and chasing him outside. Don't think I laughed that much in a long time

I always say you miss people because they are worth it
