We get to see them this year in the playoffs. I am a closeted Mariner fan, but i have to cheer against them cause theyre in my team's division 😆but i hope the mariners make it far or even win the world series if my team doesnt.

@astrosandorbits Well, fuck... who doesn't want to see Dusty win the WS?
Yep as for Merrifield. The guy is too cool for school, too.

@SW-User i know i know. We could definitely do it this year... just gonna be tough. If theres one team i would prefer the stros not to face this postseason it's the guardians. People dont talk much about them but they have so much fight in them. Scrappy as all hell. They could really do a number on any good team.
Gausman is a great ace for you guys but unfortunately Berrios hasnt been too good. What the heck happened to that guy? He killed it with the twins and then seemed to lose his grit when he went to the jays

@astrosandorbits Scrappy is the word. Plus, Francona is the guy I'd play for. He and Hazel Mae were an item, too... so there's that connection.

How is it the World Series with only American teams? (Granted there are a few Aussie players in there)😷

@whowasthatmaskedman Good question. Here's another point - why do the Brits get upset when it's pointed out to them the term Soccer was originally theirs? There's Rugby football and there's Association Rules football. And there's Aussie football, NFL football... Canadian football. Can't anyone with half a sober brain see how the word soccer ( Assoc + R ) came from Association Rules?

Maybe playing too honest?
