White Light Protection for when you’re scared

All you have to do whenever you’re scared or anxious is to imagine yourself (or your home, car, etc) completely immersed in white light. ✨🤍

Many are able to do this. Others have different techniques. One of my favorites is the absence of everything. No light, no sound. Just the sound of your own breathe.

It varies with people though. So whatever works, then use it. 🙂
