What is the difference between believing in yourself and trusting yourself ?

Patty81 · 41-45, C
Believing in yourself is when you are given a big task or you set yourself a challenge. Trusting yourself is when you have a tough choice to make, or you’re in a spot that a big part of you says to get out

Believing in yourself is believing a potential that may not have materialised yet.
Trusting yourself is believing in the potential that has been realised.
