I don't trust anyone anymore.
I always knew that "good people" are just better at hiding their bad parts but I didn't realize that who you are to them could change in an instant. Now I'm smarter. And more miserable.

You get used to it. I stopped trusting people 13 years ago. I got hurt by someone I thought was my friend. Now I trust absolutely nobody, not even my best friend. He understands completely, but I don't want to be hurt again, so I trust nobody and keep people at a distance for the most part.
