Do you ever respond to emails dismissing your job application?

I did that today, and it’s my second time over the past 12 month…

They waste my time for too long and I do everything so well, and then they send a stupid unprofessional unhelpful untrue nonsense “feedback” so I just can’t stop myself from expressing my frustration at this point.

Who’s bored and wanna see some long email drama? No one? Ok never mind

The entire HR industry has become the biggest obstacle to gaining employment... They have all these "tools" which are nothing more than box ticking exercises... You may have invented or discovered a new branch of research, but unless you have a qualification you don't get a look in

@SW-User Oooohhhh I know, I remember my friend going through that FOR WEEKS. I'm so sorry :( I don't understand how you don't meet the minimum qualifications if you've already been through so many stages of the interview

The bigger the company the longer their screening process for tech people, unfortunately.
