I Need to Rant

One thing that makes me furious is when people assume I’m ignorant because I’m a small bubbly girl.

People tend to think if a person giggles, they're probably dumb. IDK why being cheerful and bubbly is scorned upon so much. Sounds like bitter people don't like it when others are having a good time.
