I would never tell someone they suck anyway.
I suppose if they ask me what I thought of their singing I would have to try to be very tactful and say something like I don't care for that particular song.

Don’t know I’d ever tell someone they suck. If they’re singing at work and it’s annoying, I would definitely tell them to pipe down though.
