After 48 years of fleecing, Joe Biden is tired of fleecing only ordinary people. He now wants to fleece corporations as well. [I Am For Unity, Equality and Peace]

Kiss those jobs goodbye

In adition.Joe's poorly thought out plan will cost the American people another one million jobs in 2 years time. @@RogueLoner

@4meAndyou 48 million and counting. Wonder if he can beat Obama's record of 96 million unemployed?

@TexChik Big corporations have no reason to stay and pay nosebleed taxes. They will go back overseas, and this time they will STAY there, because they won't believe Republicans again when they promise lower taxes.

The Bum in the white house and his Ho VP, (and let's not forget Nasty Pelosi), will have brought down horrible poverty on the heads of all those now arriving at the border, and upon a massive chunk of the American citizenry.

He and his handlers don't realize that once they raise the corporate tax, capital, companies and jobs will leave the country. Fools

@RogueLoner He's a hack.

@carpediem 28% in Corporate taxes...the guy is nuts. But I don't think it was his idea. I think the giant a-hole Pelosi probably suggested it...because it worked so well the last time, under Obama...NOT!!!🤣

He won't fleece the corporations.

They will either go overseas, or pass on the cost of extra taxes to the consumer.

Who gets screwed?

That's right, the middle class, AS USUAL, when Democrats are in charge.

I entirely approve of Presidents Biden's actions. Corporations have been robbing the American people for decades, and refusing to pay their fair share of taxes by hiding their money in off-shore tax havens.

With the Biden administration we are finally seeing investment in urgently needed infrastructure repairs and public transit. These programs will also create many good-paying jobs. Thank you president Biden!

@badminton You're right. They used legal loopholes to avoid paying high taxes. With higher tax burdens, they'll leave and/or do the exact same thing. Why do you think manufacturing fled the country but started comping back under Trump? This will only hurt the middle class as it has for decades.

@carpediem There is a class-war in America. It is being waged by corporations and billionaires against the rest of us.

Corporations gave American jobs away to foreign countries to increase their profits. We need to tame out-of-control corporate behavior.

No more bail-outs, No more tax breaks for corporations and the super wealthy!

@badminton Corporations are owned by stock holders. Those stock holders are people. You're looking an enemy who in reality lives right next door. When you over tax something, it goes away.

I do agree with you loop holes need filling and the super wealthy game the system. But scaring away jobs by having the highest corporate tax rate in the world is going to create more class warfare not less by displacing American jobs with those of other countries.
I hope he starts with Google, Facebook, Twitter and the telecom companies that have been selling us down the river for decades. But I’m sure they’ll get a pass (wink-wink!).
