What would you do if your landlord did this?

Let's say a extremely wealthy man is trying to buy your house, ( you are a renter) so the landlord wants to kick you out in two weeks. You have a contract saying you can stay for at least a year before you are actually forced to leave, so your landlord came up with a plan to forcefully kick you and your children out of the house.

Your landlord has purposely messed up your washing machine, dryer, your kitchen sink is also broken so you have to wash dishes in the bathroom. - what would you do at this point?
