Just did nine minutes on the machine. 2.3 virtual kilometres, 15.3 kph. And my mobile says I did 1 001 steps.

It's a gloriously sunny day here. It's about -4 C which is not desperately cold but there is a pretty stiff northerly breeze. My coat, skirt, and boots are perfectly warm but my finger tips get rather cold in my cheap gloves.
