When you feel you have to block someone, do you block and forget them?

I block when I get tired of their BS. I don't give them any thought afterward.

Yes, for the vast majority. One or two, I remember, and only once have I blocked someone who did nothing wrong to me, but I had my personal reasons.

I excrete all memory of them - they don't deserve a second's thought.

Occasionally I'll temporarily unblock someone if it looks like a fun trainwreck going on👍

I try not to block, but some SWeeps engage in deal breaker behavior and I simply excise them from existence.
