I'm sure it's his loss
Mellowgirl · 31-35, F
He jizzed and left.
Gr8Guy1979 · 41-45, M
@Mellowgirl Thank you so much for sharing and I also know that there is still good people I give people the benefit of the doubt women can do that too it actually happened to me but I had to move on and forgive it was hard cause my heart opened up but like I said there’s still good out there I don’t feel bad because I know I did not cross the line with her
Mellowgirl · 31-35, F
@Gr8Guy1979 I personally don't think finding someone online is feasible.
Not unless you both lead lives that either allow regular travel or you can afford to up and leave to move to where the other lives.

Unless you only want the online fakeship!

Each to their own.
It's a learning process.
Gr8Guy1979 · 41-45, M
@Mellowgirl I respect your point of view !!!! Mine is I have no strangers in my life just people I have not meet yet that’s my modo lol not everyone is fake yes to good to be true yes but I have meet some solid people that I still talk to after 10 years and never once crossed the line tag your it!! Lol
Jonjdw · 46-50, M
I know. I have not blocked anyone.
Report him back
@CakeByTheOcean he could be a cold spy
@CakeByTheOcean i referred to this

CakeByTheOcean · 26-30, F
@Jabulani I’m not concerned.
nedkelly · 61-69, M
May be he was wanting some naked photos, if they block no loss as you will never understand why
PatKirby · M
Either you said something he didn't like (to either him or someone else) and didn't bother to follow through with you, or it was the internet version of a one night stand. Don't sweat the small stuff.
LadyJ · F
You can't fix stupid!..see it as a lucky escape
Gr8Guy1979 · 41-45, M
Amen @LadyJ
helenS · 36-40, F
Maybe you are taking things too seriously. Nothing is serious on SW. 😑
Gr8Guy1979 · 41-45, M
@helenS you can say that again… 😂
helenS · 36-40, F
@Gr8Guy1979 Nothing is serious on SW. 😑
Gr8Guy1979 · 41-45, M
@helenS oh wow lol!!!!! Hope you are good tonight my friend!!! And thank you made me 😂
I understand 100%. Sometimes it bothers me also someone blocked me because I haven't attacked anyone on here and never meant to hurt anyone's feelings. But to be honest we're better off when idiots don't want us to see them or their stupid thoughts.

Someone posted something about rape not being funny, but I think memes making fun of Bill Cosby are funny.

She didn't think the meme I shared was funny, so I apologized and deleted it. She blocked me anyway. Well, I turned around and blocked her so if she decides to unblock me later ... as the old saying goes, 'Fuck her'
PhaqueYou · M
It happens.
plungesponge · 41-45, M
Hahahah he messaged first, what a showboater.
uncalled4 · 56-60, M
If it's one thing I have noticed in the bizarro SW world, it's that some people here are either so narcissistic or so controlling that if you say *one* word that they don't like, instead of a healthy debate or agreeing to disagree, they just BLOCK, which to me is fine. I liken it to the trash taking itself out.
SW-User
Good grief
Fluffybull · F
I wouldn't waste time on trying to analyse this.
iamonfire696 · 41-45, F
Trash took itself out for you there
Gr8Guy1979 · 41-45, M
Good question miss !!!!!!!! Bless your heart
I get that and appreciate your words.

I don't know what to say about this place that way. I have mostly just learned to live with it, value what connection I have found, and when I need a break, leave.
Oster1 · M
Be so happy, no more time is wasted. He really did you a favor. It’s such a shame you can’t send a thank you gift!😊🌷
Ambroseguy80 · 51-55, M
Maybe he thought setting your cake by the ocean showed bad judgement on your part? 😏
river52 · 70-79, M
something isn't right....and it is not you
SW-User
I know what you mean. I've had more misunderstandings since joining SW than in all 24 years of being on various forums combined. I'm trying to trust that every time this happens, it's for a good reason.
MrGoodbar · 51-55, M
it happens it unfortunate. it's worse when you talk to someone for a while and then they do it.
JP1119 · 36-40, M
There’s an off-chance he’ll unblock you some day. It’s happened to me before, but it’s rare.
That's the problem I have with it, too.

I think there should be allowed one message from the blocked, giving them a chance to ask why.
ninalanyon · 61-69, T
@PhoenixPhail You could ask someone else to pass on a message.
@ninalanyon Yes, I've done that before. It worked once.
SW-User
I completely understand how that feels that’s happened to me twice last week
@SW-User It happened to me twice last week, too.
Nice, innocent, light conversations. Blocked!
What's with these people? 😳
Carissimi · 70-79, F
You can have a good conversation, and like the person, then come across some of their interactions with others, or their posts, and realize they are not who you thought they were. If they make you cringe or repulse you, then you want nothing more to do with them. @PhoenixPhail
TheotherAndy · 41-45, M
I've had pretty much the exact same scenario happen. It's a crappy feeling
Oster1 · M
Exactly. What should have been talked out, is taken away in a fit of anger. Not all cases but it shows a lack of civility, IMO.
mrh1972 · MVIP
Happened to me a couple of years ago in real life, she just cut me off because i texted her whilst drunk telling her i loved her. It was a text so she couldnt hear the context.
samueltyler2 · 80-89, M
it definitely is a problem.
ozgirl512 · 26-30, F
He cancelled himself before you had to!
SW-User
That's kind of the point..people who do this are avoidant
PatKirby · M
@SW-User

Correct. However once in a while I grant clemency and release one or two out of their cages, just because.
SW-User
@PatKirby how Nobel of you
Oster1 · M
Especially someone you were really sweet too and cared about.

Unfortunately, some are just not able to express themselves and I am the opposite. I never block or mute. I would rather talk it out.
SW-User
@Oster1 That's very mature of you..some aren't emotionally mature enough to.do this
Oster1 · M
@SW-User This is so true. I have been given a gift of acute senses, feelings and emotions. Expressing myself just comes naturally to me. I want to express my feelings because it feels so good and liberating.

Although I was immensely surprised, I do not harbor any ill feelings. I only wish that there was a chance to talk about it.

I believe the problem lies in that with social media, we do not see facial expressions, body language, voice and just looking into someone’s eyes.

It’s easy to misinterpret even one word. Thank you, for your very kind words. I hope you are having a very lovely weekend!🎃🌹
AdaXI · 41-45, T
We've all had such people come along before, wasting our time, messing with our heads and stuff. I know what mean though is annoying you can't ask what the problem is.

Pretzel · 61-69, M
people are strange
Galanr40 · 61-69, M
It happens all the time on here..
SW-User
Was his name RodneyTrotter😅
Keepitsimple · 51-55, F
You probably didn’t get to where he wanted to be quick enough. He wanted to wank and you wanted to talk. Men here don’t want to talk.
@Keepitsimple really? You're not a 60 year old bloke are you? 🤣🤣
Keepitsimple · 51-55, F
@Mindfulness All man. People have seen me. They’ll tell you.
@Keepitsimple I've DM'd you. 🤦‍♂️ I'm so naive!
SumKindaMunster · 51-55, M
Welcome to SW!

First time this has happened?

Don't take it too personal it happens a lot here.

Focus on those who do want to talk to you.
SW-User
MissNoahLenFoxx · 31-35, F
Dont take it so personally and don’t be so desperate for answers. In this life, a lot of things don’t have answers or resolutions. Things end. People change. And you know what, life moves on….Besides you don’t want someone with opinions that change on a whim in your inner circle! You need people who are consistent. Who are supportive of You. Who won’t flake as soon as the wind blows!… They’re out there. Move on and find ‘em. They will need you as much as you need them!
fact1234 · 41-45, M
Welcome to the club! Im getting used to it unfortunately (or fortunately).
EuphoricTurtle · 41-45, M
If their initial reaction is to block you, then it shows they are probably more interested in self-righteous indignation (and rightly so in their head) than in actually sorting things out.

Also....it's not really a shame. Chances are that self-righteous indignation would come up regularly. It mostly likely get old really fast. They did you a favour.
Justmeraeagain · 56-60, F
Seems he's flaky probably better off
SW-User
Keepitsimple · 51-55, F
This place is like a rapid dating site. If you’re not sexting by page 2 or day 2 people will move on.
iamonfire696 · 41-45, F
@Keepitsimple yes, that’s exactly what they are doing. Why can’t people just not be weird and creepy.
Keepitsimple · 51-55, F
@iamonfire696 Because it’s safe to cut to the chase and be a perv cause nobody sees you.
iamonfire696 · 41-45, F
@Keepitsimple yes that’s true. I don’t have time for men like that.
Quimliqer · 70-79, M
It’s really confusing as one feels the communication was positive.
Lilymoon · F
The guy is an idiot. Move on from it. 🤷‍♀️
