Who has been watching the new USFL this spring?
I realize that the only people who will be watching is me and every other die-hard American football fan who favors Spring leagues but, just asking.

They do not. It is against USFL policy to kneel. Any player caught kneeling would probably be suspended or even kicked out of the league.
