Goal & Defense? Would have to be Shilton and Psycho respectively......both for Forest.
Midfield? I adored Glenn Hoddle.....such a great touch on the ball...
Strike Force? I have a soft spot for Alessandro Del Piero (ok, ok, I used to fancy him! Lol!) and think that Messi is, perhaps, the best in the world right now....
Ronaldo? Which one? lol! The current one? I can't tell....all I can see is a great big, inflated ego!

@SammyJo Yes, in real football (aka football, not the boring American "football"), players actually only use feet (unless you are goalkeeper) and not foot AND hand as in American football.
And if you kick the ball with your foot, then it is called football. The term "soccer" does not mean anything and is an unimaginative term. Whereas American football can also be termed foot-annd-handball rather than football.
