well, that would never happen in the US. if i was afghani and if i couldnt fight id either submit to the taliban and hope they didnt kill me or run away and hide. if there was no hiding, then i suppose i would just pray to God and hope and whatever happenned would happen. if they did kill me i'd think i would be a victim of disorder. i dont know if i could ever like bring myself to stab someone or not. i guess it would have to happen to you to know what you would do.

You are very unrealistic.

When US Troop still in Afghanistan, they don't dare to go down from their fortress mountains. American advanced weapon will easily wipe them out. That's why they only do
guerilla attack / car bomb.

But America too don't dare to attack those mountains, Taliban will knock them out.

If I was a young single man or very political I would leave to a nearby country and join any resistance or join resistance secretly from within the country if I could not leave.

If I was a woman or had family just try to leave. Pray and do my best.

What can one person actually do. I would seek to stay informed which would probably be very hard.
I wouldn't trust any friend or neighbor with my true thoughts. I would support the resistance as much as I could without blowing up my involvement or endangering my immediate family. So maybe just give money to the resistance or read their materials.
Eventually I would try to leave to a safer place probably
